All of the following terms and conditions must be agreed to in order to use any or all of SearchRamp.com's services. SearchRamp.com reserves the right to terminate or modify this agreement at their discretion, at any time, without notice. 

• It is against the rules to artificially generate hits in any way. SearchRamp.com uses sophisticated methods of detecting artificially generated credits and we will discard them.  Artificially generated hits include but are not limited to multiple concurrent and/or consecutive ad views made by the same computer and multiple concurrent and/or consecutive ad clicks made by the same computer.  This would also include generating an artificially high number of impressions by placing more than one Hyperlink Advertising Box on a web page, or participating in an 'auto-surf' program where the web page that is displaying the Hyperlink Advertising box is not actually being viewed as a result of a human clicking on a link to your web page.  SearchRamp.com may remove or disallow credits for displaying the Hyperlink Advertising Box if, at SearchRamp.com's sole discretion, any credits are deemed to be artificially generated. By using SearchRamp.com's services you agree to abide by SearchRamp.com's decisions in such matters.
• All users of SearchRamp.com must agree that SearchRamp.com may refuse to advertise any website for any reason at SearchRamp.com's sole discretion, if SearchRamp.com deems the web site inappropriate or unacceptable.
• SearchRamp.com's Hyperlink Advertising Box uses a sophisticated algorithm to determine which web site links get displayed on which web pages.  By using this service, you agree to allow SearchRamp.com be the sole arbiter in deciding which advertisements are displayed from your web pages.  Web pages that return poor Advertiser Effectiveness, as determined solely by SearchRamp.com, may be used to display additional advertising, at SearchRamp.com's sole discretion.  This additional advertising usually takes the form of Pop-under advertising windows.
• Without limitation, affiliate's participation in the SearchRamp may be terminated, where SearchRamp, in its sole discretion, determines: (1) that any content, goods, services, or links displayed on or made available through or in connection with affiliate's web site(s) are illegal, obscene, indecent, vulgar, offensive, dangerous, or are otherwise deemed inappropriate by SearchRamp in its sole discretion; or that affiliate or affiliate's web site(s) violates, has violated, or threatens to violate either the letter of these terms and conditions or the spirit behind them.  Advertisements displayed by SearchRamp.com, the web sites that are promoted by these advertisements, and the web sites that display the advertisements must be suitable for viewing by all ages.  Web sites and/or advertising that draws the distinction of race or sexual orientation would be considered inappropriate.
• SearchRamp.com hyperlink advertising box must be displayed on a web site with a valid domain name (no IP addresses) with valid contact information.
• Under no circumstances shall SearchRamp be liable for any delay or failure in performance under these terms and conditions resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, flood, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, nonperformance of third parties, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning.
• By using any of SearchRamp.com's services or features, you agree that this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in the federal or state courts located in Houston, Texas, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. You may not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Subject to that restriction, this Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of and be enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.
• The action of sending any hits from any URLs which contain and/or promote the following content: warez, MP3s, ROMs, EMUs, newsgroup postings, spam e-mails, teen model websites, non-nude teen sites or any other site which contains content or promotes activities which are illegal in the united states without the prior written consent of SearchRamp.com will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and the forfeiture of any funds or credits owed to that account.
• Web Page URL's submitted to SearchRamp.com may or may not also be included in our other search engine listings.  If you do not want this to occur, do not submit your web page URL's to SearchRamp.com.
• SearchRamp.com entire liability and a customers and/or advertisers exclusive recourse shall be limited to the paid price of our product or service.  All recourse is limited to customers and/or advertisers within the United States.  All others outside of the United States give up recourse rights in their entirety.
• SearchRamp reserves the right to terminate the account of any affiliate who publicly posts derogatory and or slanderous statements about SearchRamp.com, RealCashCow Enterprises, and their subsidiaries or officers.
• You must have all referring pages written entirely in English.
• From time to time, SearchRamp.com will send out email to it's membership to make them aware of new features, offers, etc.  We will never disclose member email addresses to a third party.  If you absolutely do not want to receive any email from SearchRamp.com, do not register as a member.
• Non compliance with these terms and conditions will result in the forfeiture of all credits, monies owed and the possible prosecution of the violating advertiser.
• Opinions expressed by SearchRamp.com advertisers do not necessarily represent the opinions of SearchRamp.com.
• SearchRamp.com reserves the right to modify this agreement without notice, and all changes become effective retro-actively.
