How often can I submit my Web site?

How long will it take for SearchRamp.com to add my web site?

Typically, new listings are added within 3 hours of being submitted, though sometimes it may take longer.  If it has been more than 12 hours, there probably has been some reason why your listing was not added.

What kind of web sites should not be submitted to SearchRamp.com?

SearchRamp.com does not accept web sites that are non-English language or adult-only in nature.  This includes pornographic web sites, web sites that contain obscenity, promote hatred or illegal activities, contain racism, and web sites that call attention to sexual orientation.  Web pages that appear to be created primarily for search engines and not human readers, and pages that are generally considered SPAM are actively filtered as well.  Please note that in accordance with our Terms of Service, SearchRamp.com reserves the right to reject any submission for any reason, and while we work hard at eliminating the above web sites from our listings, we can not and do not guarantee our listings to be totally free from these types of web pages and web sites.

How do I know for sure that my web site is listed in SearchRamp.com?

Perform a search on your URL, and if no listing is found, or a generic listing is found, then your listing is not in our database.

There is an error in my listing, how do I correct it?

Our intent is to create an accurate representation of your web page in our listings.  If there is a mis-spelling in your listing or it says something that you don't want it to say, this problem exists on your web page and can not be changed until your web page is changed.  After the changes are made, re-submit the URL of your listing and your listing will be updated when our web crawler visits your web page again.

I submitted the wrong URL, how do I change it?

If you submitted the wrong URL, chances are that the incorrect URL will be rejected by our web crawler, so you must simply submit the correct URL, and everything will be find.  If our web crawler has added the incorrect URL, please contact us with the URL and the email address used at the time of submission, and ask for it to be removed.

How do I change the category or country information on my listing?

At this time, category and country information can only be set during submission.  Once it is set, it can not be changed.  Future updates to SearchRamp.com will allow this information to be changed.
